Medium has just a little kick, great for those who don't want real sweet yet don't want the real heat

​yes its hot but its not over the top hot, it has just enough heat
Flamin Hot
Flamin is all I really need to say about this one, this is for those who can really handle the heat

Blood​y Mary

Need I say more! If you love Bloody Mary's then you'll love this salsa, all the great taste of a Bloody Mary but without the Vodka and its great with chips

Hawaiian

If you ever had a Hawaiian pizza then you'll enjoy this salsa, it has a sweet taste with a little kick. You can also use this salsa in the crockpot with meatballs for a tasty meal poured over rice

Black Bean & Corn

This salsa is great with chips or on burritos, with its sweet smokey flavor you'll enjoy every bite 

Borracha (drunken salsa)

This is our drunk salsa! This recipe is cooked with beer, Add some good Wisconsin cheese to this salsa and you have a great dip for any party 

Mango 
Our Mango Salsa is great on fish or fish tacos​, this is a fruity salsa with just a hint of heat
Pineapple Mango
Great marinade for grilled chicken, this is also one of our fruity salsa's with a sweet tropical taste 
Mango Habanero
Sweet and full of heat!! This has about the same heat as our Flamin hot. Great with chips or on tacos 
Salsa Verde
This is a unique flavor of salsa made from fresh green tomatoes, and super yummy

Peach
Sweet & tangy and great with chips, or as a marinade for fish or chicken. 
Spicy Sweet Peach
One of my favorite salsa's to use in the crockpot with chicken wings and your guests will love the sweet spicy flavor in every bite
​Apple Pie 
This Salsa is great with Cinnamon Sugar Pita chips, or over vanilla ice cream. Also great for making an Apple pie or other desserts.

Recipes

Grilled Fish
​w/Mango Salsa
Ingredients:
Marinade
  • cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. dried basil
  • 1 tsp. ground black pepper
  • ½ tsp. sea salt
  • 4 (6 ounce)tilapia fillets
​Directions:
  1. Whisk together the extra-virgin olive oil, 1 Tbsp. lemon juice, parsley, garlic, basil, pepper and salt in a bowl and pour into a resealable plastic bag.
  2. Add the tilapia fillets, coat with the marinade, squeeze out excess air and seal the bag. Marinate in the refrigerator for one hour.
  3. Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat and lightly oil grate. Remove the tilapia from the marinade and shake off excess. Discard the remaining marinade.
  4. Grill the fillets until the fish is no longer translucent in the center, and flakes easily with a fork, 3-4 minutes per side.
  5. Top with any of our Mango Salsa's for a fruity tropical taste to your fish & serve with a side of rice and veggie
Serves: 4

Fish, Shrimp
​or Chicken Taco's
w/your choice of any one of our Salsa
Ingredients:
  • 1 lb your choice of Fish, Shrimp or Cubed Chicken
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable or olive oil
  • 1 (1.25 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
  • 3 Tablespoons of water, or as needed
  • 1 jar of your favorite Salsa
  • Toppings of your choice (cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, olives, sour cream)
  • 6 (10 inch) flour tortillas, warmed 
Directions:
  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over Med-High heat, add your Fish, Shrimp or Chicken. Cook, stirring occasionally until done.
  2. Reduce heat to low, stir in taco seasoning and water and stir until everything is evenly coated and simmer for 5 min.
  3. Serve in warm tortillas and top with your choice of toppings or any flavor of our Salsa
​Serves: 6

Chicken Wings or Meatballs w/our Spicy Sweet Peach or Hawaiian Salsa 
Ingredients: 
  • 1 to 2 lb bag of precooked frozen chicken wings or meatballs
  • 1 to 2 Jars of our Hawaiian or Spicy Sweet Peach Salsa
Directions:
  1. Pour your wings or meatballs in a med to large size crock pot, add your Salsa
  2. Cook on low 6 to 8 hours or High 4 to 5 hours
  3. Serve as an appetizer or with your favorite side dish
​Serves: 8-10

Beef Burritos
​w/our Black bean & corn salsa 
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 2 large garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 cup taco sauce
  • 1 (16 ounce) can fat-free refried black beans
  • 6 (10 inch) flour tortillas
  • 3/4 cup Daisy Brand Sour Cream
  • 1 1/2 cups finely shredded Mexican cheese blend​
  • 1 jar of our Black bean & corn Salsa
Directions:
  1. Cook the ground beef in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes or until thoroughly cooked, stirring frequently; drain. Add the onion, garlic, chili powder, cumin and taco sauce to the meat and stir. Cook for 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated and the vegetables are tender, stirring frequently.
  2. ​Spread 1/3 cup of refried beans on the bottom 1/3 of each tortilla, leaving 1-inch around bottom and edges. Spoon 1/3 cup of the meat mixture over beans. Top the meat with 1 tablespoon of sour cream and 1/4 cup of cheese. Start rolling up from bottom, enfolding the filling. Fold in the sides and continue rolling up.
  3. Heat the oven to 375 degrees. Spray all sides of the burritos with cooking spray. Place burritos on a cookie sheet, seam sides down. Bake for 12 to 14 minutes or until thoroughly heated and browned, turning over once. Top with dollops of the remaining sour cream and our Black bean & corn Salsa
​​Serves: 6

Apple Pie Taquitos
Ingredients:
  • 1 Jar of Apple Pie Salsa
  • 12 small soft flour tortillas
  • 1/4 cup butter unsalted, melted
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Directions: 
  1. ​Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brush a 9x13 baking dish with some of the melted butter. In separate dish mix Cinnamon and sugar.
  2. Top 2 tablespoons of Apple Salsa on each tortilla, tightly roll up the tortilla. Brush with butter and roll in cinnamon sugar mixture. Place in prepared baking dish.
  3. Bake for about 15 minutes or until they start to get golden. 
  4. Serve with caramel sauce if preferred.
​Serves: 12

Apple Pie Egg Rolls
Ingredients:
  • 1 Jar of Apple Pie Salsa
  • 12 Egg Roll Wrappers
  • Cinnamon & Sugar or Caramel Sauce
  • Oil for Frying
​
Directions:
  1. Preheat oil to 350 degrees
  2. Place 1 to 2 tablespoons of Apple Pie Salsa in center of each wrapper, fold in the sides and roll the wrapper tightly. Use a dob of water to secure the tip of the wrapper.
  3. Fry each egg roll about 4-5 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. ​Roll in Cinnamon sugar mixture or dip in caramel sauce.
​​Serves: 12
